GRETA SCHRAER  | PLACEMENT SPECIALIST, CEO + FOUNDER

With over 20 years in the child care industry, and a Masters Degree in Theology, Greta has always felt a call to care for the next generation.  She has worked as a professional nanny, youth minister, nanny community director and nanny placement agency owner.

While working  as a professional nanny for young triplet boys, Greta began meeting more and more career nannies during their adventures around Cincinnati.  After seeing a common desire to connect and being introduced to the ‘nanny world’ at her first INA conference, in 2009 Greta began gathering professional, career nannies together in Cincinnati for the first time. Offering training, playdates and peer support, CincyNanny began as a nanny community.

In 2015, Greta founded CincyNanny LLC, an elite placement agency. She expanded beyond supporting community and training to also connect families and career nannies for employment done the right way.

Greta’s entrepreneurial drive, and high standards for care have led her to be a national leader in the professional nanny world. She served on the INA Board of Directors for a cumulative 9 years and is an INA Credentialed Nanny. In May of 2010, Greta was the recipient of the International Nanny Association’s ‘Nanny of the Year’ aAward and received her 15-year INA Service Award Pin in 2020.  After being accepted as a member of the Association of Premiere Nanny Agencies in 2020, Greta was recipient of the ‘Rising Star’ award, an APNA Honor, in 2021 amongst her mentors and peers – exemplary and proven nanny agencies.

Greta has a heart to elevate the nanny industry overall, while empowering all women in the workforce. Providing excellent jobs for nannies and excellent support for mothers managing both family and career, ultimately, to enrich the lives of children.

Greta is married to Doug and they have two school-age boys. Greta is a life-long learner, adores travel, theology, living simply, organization & creative projects, teaching swing dance and strives to #moveeveryday toward whole health. She thinks there is nothing better than the warmth of a sleeping baby, the sound of a rainstorm, a walk on the beach or a full-bodied cabernet.

SARAH FOSTER | ONBOARDING SPECIALIST + COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Sarah is an INA Credentialed Nanny and has worked in the nanny industry as nanny/house manager for eleven years.

In both 2020 and 2021, she had the honor of being one of the top 5 nominees for the International Nanny Association’s Nanny of the Year award. Sarah has been involved with CincyNanny since 2016, and has been serving on the Nanny Panel since 2017.

Her career has led her to work with several families, but her heart and specialty lie in caring for families with multiple children (typically 4+ children). Sarah’s nanny style, (or nanny magic, as she likes to say) brings a touch of whimsy to her families. Her days with the kids are filled with crafts, singing, dancing, and a symphony of laughter. Sarah loves being a nanny because she can play a part in teaching children emotional intelligence, empathy, awareness, and kindness. Her goals and hopes are that through her efforts, she can help raise a kinder, more accepting generation.

The pursuit of unity and fellowship within the nanny community both locally and nationally is what lead Sarah to her role as Community Director for CincyNanny. She believes that having a supportive community is imperative to success within the industry, and she wants to provide that support for all other local nannies. Sarah also co-leads the Nanny Panel in organizing social and professional development opportunities for local nannies. Sarah is also the ambassador for the INA’s Minnesota chapter, as well as a co-founder of the Twin Cities Nanny Education Collective.

Sarah brings her wonderful experience as a nanny and active community member to the agency work. Sarah supports the candidate process, helps to interview, coach and screen candidates, check references and prepare nanny profiles. Her warmth, attention to detail and sincere compassion make her such an asset to our staff!

In her free time, Sarah enjoys exploring the Twin Cities with her partner Michael, watching a good spooky movie with her long-haired black cat Minerva, and creating crafty works of art through embroidery and crocheting.

Ursula is thrilled to apart of the nanny panel for a second year. She has been a nanny for 12+ years, specializing in infants and multiples (the more, the merrier). She uses her background in art and theater to fill her nanny days full of activities that help her nanny children learn, grow, and develop into well-rounded tiny humans with a love for learning, a curiosity for life, and a big imagination. She is excited to join the Nanny Panel to meet and help new nannies bloom in their careers. Ursula is very involved in community theater in the Cincinnati area, and in her spare time, she loves getting lost in a good book or spending time with her family, friends, and, of course, her cat, Rue.

JAIME BROCKE

Jaime is currently in her 17th year as a nanny. She feels extremely blessed to have found a career that fulfills her and gives her purpose while allowing her to use her vast child care skills & experience , creativity, organization, and nurturing spirit. She loves that she is able to spend her days being supportive to her nanny family and watching the children grow and develop, especially as the children’s personalities start to show and they say and do funny things every day. The fun days of exciting outings and activities, enjoying the playfulness of childhood make all of the inevitable tough days well worth it. In her free time Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs as well as crafting, traveling, and going to as many concerts as she can! Jaime is excited to serve her 1st year on nanny panel and can’t wait to grow closer in friendship with her fellow nannies!

Jillian is a 22 year old professional nanny. She has been nannying for two years and has been working in childcare for six. Jillian moved to Cincinnati last year from her hometown of Louisville. Layla is a nanny of three and a half years. Her passion is for large sibling groups and multiples – the more the merrier! Layla is incredibly excited to be part of the CincyNanny community and enjoys reaching out to her peers. The best part of being on panel for her is seeing young nannies like herself find a place of belonging. She is a nanny that loves to go out and about, and values instilling confidence and a sense of independence in her nanny children. As an extroverted introvert she enjoys spending her days surrounded with the people she loves, planning and hosting her friends, attending as many nanny events as possible, but then ending her day curled up on the couch with her cat and a book! When she’s not working she enjoys football games with friends and family, reading, and baking!

KELLIE HARDESTY

Kellie has been a nanny for over 10 years, and has worked with children since she was a preteen volunteering in her church’s nursery and toddler classes. Whether through her work or amongst her own friends and family, she has always been passionate about caring for children. Kellie adores watching them discover and learn new things everyday; and is convinced that she learns as many life lessons from them as they do from her. Seeing the world through their eyes with wonder and excitement is her favorite part of being a nanny. She thrives in caring for large families and has worked with multiple families of 4+ children. She loves sharing her passions and favorite things with her nanny kiddos; including music, art, crafting, reading, ASL, jigsaw puzzles, all things Harry Potter, and baking. When she’s not nannying or babysitting, Kellie can be found at concerts, musicals, operas, or pretty much any other form of live music available. She also enjoys performing with her local young professionals choir, reading, cooking & baking, trying new local restaurants & coffee shops with friends, and spending time with her family.

In the coming year, Kellie is looking forward to helping the local community of nannies; becoming better acquainted with her fellow members of nanny panel & CincyNanny; and learning & growing in her career as a nanny.

CHLOE MOLINA

My name is Chloe Molina and I love being a nanny! I grew up with my parents and my sister but lots and lots of extended family. I would say I spent a lot of time babysitting when I was younger. When I and not working I spend my time baking, traveling, and shopping haha. I would say being a nanny for me is truly getting to create a deep connection with children and watch them grow. I have had many child teaching/ nanny experiences for about 5+ years now. I spend my days with children coloring and playing outdoors. I always strive to give a healthy and happy relationship with children. I want to make sure that children feel they have a voice when it comes to conversations/ confrontations.

CASSI SHIELDS

Cassi knows just how blessed she is with making the decision to become a nanny so long ago and has loved her career for over 18 years now! She is a firm believer in living everyday to the fullest – whether it’s traveling, going to concerts, crafting, cooking or spending time with her boys (aka working)! She is extremely excited to join the nanny panel this year to make new friendships and to help contribute behind the scenes for an organization that has had such an important impact in her career!
