The parents are hands-on and prioritize intentional, positive parenting with routines. Mom is a stay-at-home parent who will be both present and hands-on, as well as out of the house at times, during which the nanny will provide full care. Dad works outside of the home. They seek a family assistant who can proactively support the children’s needs while maintaining a calm and structured environment.
Duties Include:
The family assistant will provide daily care and supervision of the children in partnership with Mom. At times, they will have sole care of one or both children, which will always be the top priority. They would also support household duties as time allows, including managing the family’s laundry, overall general organization, unloading the dishwasher/washing dishes + bottles, wiping counters, vacuuming, tidying, and grocery shopping (Instacart access provided). In addition, one high priority is a family assistant who can plan and prepare family meals.
Pets:
The family does not have any pets.
