When it comes to guidance, they value age-appropriate communication and anticipate sharing clear boundaries, consistentency, and explaining the “why” behind rules. The parents will support emotional development, encourage independence, and foster resilience. Both parents work from home; they have an office on the third floor. They do enjoy being able to stop down for lunch and check in with their daughter during the day. The parents love seeing the small moments where learning “clicks” and watching their daughter gain confidence and joy in everyday experiences.

Basic care and clean up after the child.Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks. Child’s laundry. Keeping the house picked up and orderly—wiping counters/table, vacuuming high-traffic areas, putting toys away, etc. Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
